If you want to learn how to prepare healthy, delicious meals in the comfort of your kitchen, I will guide you with the proper knife skills, prep work, and cooking techniques. You will select up to 4 dishes from my list of healthy dishes. Recipes are included.
Individual lesson: 3 hour minimum (Usually includes 4 dishes depending upon the complexity of the dishes)

The key to every good meal is starting with the right ingredients and tools. I offer a thorough, 2.5- to 3-hour evaluation of your kitchen tools and foods in your pantry and fridge. I will discuss which foods to eliminate and replace with healthier versions and which food staples and kitchen tools you should always keep on hand.
Together, we will go through your pantry and fridge and dispose of any food which is detrimental to your health. I will make suggestions for healthy replacements (including which oils, vinegars, seasonings, salts, grains, legumes, nuts, flours and seeds to keep on hand).
If you are new to the world of healthy, healing cuisine or would just like to better informed in terms of which products are essential and which ones need to be eliminated, this one time class is for you!
We will look through your pantry and fridge and evaluate what you currently have. I will make suggestions in regards to replacing inferior ingredients with healthier ones and how best to store them. In addition, I will evaluate kitchen tools such as pots and pans, storage containers, food processor, etc. (2½ - 3 hours)
